Beschaffung einer technologieneutral ausgeschriebenen Hochdurchsatz-Sequenzierplattform zur humanen Ganzgenom- und Transkriptomsequenzierung (Tumor/Normal) im Rahmen der molekularpathologischen Diagnostik. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind: das Sequenziersystem (Kauf), ein 3-jähriger Wartungs-/Servicevertrag mit einheitlichen Mindestvorgaben, sowie eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die zum Betrieb erforderlichen Reagenzien/Verbrauchsmaterialien für 3 Jahre zu einem für die gesamte Laufzeit gebundenen Festpreis je Kit/Reaktion
