Syftet med denna upphandling är, att tillgodose stadens behov av en stabil, säker och kostnadseffektiv kontaktcenterplattform (KCP). Plattformen ska ge stöd till stadens kontaktcenter och kundtjänster i det dagliga arbetet men också i utvecklingen av verksamheterna. Staden avser, att upphandla en leverantör som har kapacitet och förmåga att leverera genom ett nära samarbete med staden.
