W uprzednio prowadzonym postepowaniu przetargowym Zamawiający nie otrzymał żadnych ofert w zakresie powtarzanych części. Potrzeba skrócenia terminu składania ofert podyktowana jest pilnym zapotrzebowaniem na asortyment medyczny.
