Procurement made via the GCA framework TPAS 2 Lot 3: Software Procurement Services: To provide HE with licenses for the following 'Essential Software': o Adobe Acrobat Pro o Adobe XD o Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps o Adobe Illustrator o Adobe InDesign o Adobe Lightroom Single App o Adobe Photoshop o Adobe Premiere o AutoDesk - Autocad incl. specialised toolsets o Autocad LT o AutoDesk Flex Tokens o Cloudflare enterprise subscription o ManageEngine Endpoint Central Cloud Security Edition - Subscription, Endpoints, Servers, Technicians o Nitro PDF o SAP CRYSTAL Reports To provide HE with licenses for as much of the following 'Other Software' as possible: o Articulate 360 o Avepoint Records Management o Axisvm o Bluebeam o Dragon (Nuance) o Geosoft Oasis Software o IESVE Software Expert (Integrated Environmental Solutions Ltd) o IBM SPSS o MATLAB and Simulink o MindManager o NBS Chorus (Building Specification Software) o Open Athens o Portfolio \ Extensis o Sketchup o SNAP Customer Survey Software o Softlink Library Management System o Sparx Enterprise Architect o STATA o TEDDS (Tekla) o Texthelp Read/ Write To provide HE with the following Service Delivery/ Support: o A named Account Manager o To provide all 'Essential Licenses' and as many of the 'Other Licenses' as possible o To provide software licences requested by Historic England, which are not listed above, where is possible to do so o To provide all licenses within a maximum of 5 days from Request/ Order with the exception of self-managed user assigned licence portals (Adobe/ AutoCad/ Nitro etc.) which should be updated with new licences within 48 hours of Request/ Order o To provide advice and guidance on software versions, alternative software and getting best value o The option of an on-line ordering Portal for common licences o To provide a monthly breakdown of orders and spend
