Description
Please review all enclosures and attachments for details and requirements. Offerors shall submit documents to the Contract Specialist designated in this solicitation. Your quote/proposal pricing should be submitted on Enclosure C, but please also submit a separate document with details as to how your company meets the requirements of the RFQ (your standard proposal/quote document). STEP files are available but are unable to be loaded into this system. Please contact the Contract Specialist for those files to be emailed. A technical note for these files: These STEP geometry files are NOT mechanical construction files. The files show a simplified view the 3D stripline kicker geometry based on the electromagnetic design, as illustration for the mechanical implementation of a RF test mockup (no vacuum) and of a vacuum compatible prototype stripline kicker. Beside that, there still is substantial thermal analysis to be performed by the vendor. All questions are due, via email, to the Contract Specialist by 11/20/2026 at 5pm EST.
