Abbruch Garagengebäude mit zeitgleichen Verbauarbeiten (der Verbau ersetzt das Abbruchgebäude am Geländeversatz) - ca. 3.500 m³ Abbruch umbauter Raum Bestandsgarage - parallele, bauwerk-ersetzende Herstellung der Baugrubensicherung (Verbau aus ca. 250 m² aufgelöste Bohrpfahlwand, ca. 350 m² Bodenvernagelung ) - Abbruch mit Begleitung durch die Denkmalschutzbehörde (historische Mauer im Baugrund) - Abbruch/Verbau unter Begleitung des Kampfmittelbeseitigungsdienstes und archäologischer Dokumentation - Neubauleistungen sind nicht Bestandteil dieses Vergabeverfahrens
