Description
Gesucht wird ein zuverlässiges, leistungsfähiges und fachkundiges Wirtschaftsprüfungsunternehmen. Eine Losaufteilung erfolgt nicht. Der Auftrag umfasst dabei die Prüfung der Buchführung, des jeweiligen Jahresabschlusses sowie der Verwendungsnachweise der KAS des Geschäftszeitraums ab frühestens 20.10.2024. Es wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung (siehe Vergabeunterlagen) mit einem Auftragnehmer abgeschlossen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine max. Laufzeit bis 31.12.2028 und umfasst einen Höchstwert von max. 600.000 €/netto. Bei vorzeitigem Erreichen des Höchstwertes endet die Rahmenvereinbarung ebenfalls.
