Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι ανάθεση υπηρεσιών καθαρισμού χώρων των κτιρίων που στεγάζεται η Κεντρική Υπηρεσία (Λ. Αμαλίας 12 και Λ. Αμαλίας 14) και η Σχολή Ξεναγών Αθήνας (Μεγ. Αλεξάνδρου 96-98 & Πλαταιών 42) του Υπουργείου Τουρισμού, για χρονικό διάστημα δύο (2) ετών από την υπογραφή της σχετικής Σύμβασης, με δικαίωμα παράτασης για ένα (1) επιπλέον έτος.
