Upphandlingen avser upphandling av ett hyresavtal som tecknas med vinnande anbudssökande. Hyresavtalet ska tillgodose Polismyndighetens behov av hyresvärd samt byggherre för nybyggnation av ett nytt polishus i Strömstad.
