Description
Im Zusammenhang mit den übergeordneten Planungen der Entlastungsspange U9/U29 für das U-Bahnnetz der Landeshauptstadt München werden bauliche Ergänzungen und Anpassungen am bestehenden U-Bahnhof Theresienstraße (U-Bf. TH) der Linie U1/U2 erforderlich. Die Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume entsprechend dem HOAI-Leistungsbild §34 in den LPH 1-4, hierzu, ist Gegenstand der Ausschreibung. Der Bestandsbahnhof hat eine Bruttogeschossfläche (BGF) von rd. 7500m², die baulichen Ergänzungen betreffen, entsprechend den vorhandenen Voruntersuchungen, eine BGF von ca. 4000m² die erforderliche Anpassungen im Bestand eine BGF von ca. 1350m².
