Description
Die Mühlenkreiskliniken (MKK) betreiben vom Standort Minden, Johannes-Wesling Klinikum Minden (JWK), Hans Nolte Str. 1, 32429 Minden eine Zentralküche. Im sogenannten ‚cook and chill‘ Verfahren werden alle Standorte komplett tablettiert versorgt. Täglich werden von ca. 130 Mitarbeiter ca. 2.000 Essen produziert, verteilt und das Geschirr gespült. Die genauen Anforderungen an die Robotic-Tablettabnehmer ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung, welche Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen ist. Das Verfahren wird als Wettbewerblicher Dialog gemäß §18 VgV durchgeführt.
