Delkontrakt 1 omfatter foruden grundlæggende kompetencer inden for full-stack udvikling, udvikling og videreudvikling af løsninger på Ordregivers cloud-platform, Microsoft Azure, samt rådgivning om valg og anvendelse af relevante Azure-services, arkitektur, sikkerhed, DevOps og automatisering, overvågning, stabil drift og effektiv ressourceanvendelse. Microsoft Azure er Ordregivers nuværende cloud-platform og udgør derfor det centrale specialistområde under delkontrakten.
