The objective of this tender is to establish a long-term framework agreement with a Supplier offering a standardized range of Heat Exchangers suitable for application in geothermal district heating systems. The Supplier is requested to provide a proposal for a framework agreement covering the supply of vertical plate-and-frame Heat Exchangers for HVC’s Westland Portfolio geothermal projects represented by the Wippolderlaan Heat Exchanger Datasheet.
