Description

Background Luster municipality needs a service contract for annual inspections of extinguishing equipment in all municipal buildings and companies. The need includes annual inspections of all fire hoses and hands extinguishers, as well as the accompanying service and re-approval of hands extinguishers when relevant. The inspections shall be carried out in accordance with NS-EN 671-3 for fire hoses and NS 3910 for hands extinguishers. The municipality wishes to carry out a suitable and professionally correct service for the entire buildings. Scope and execution Tenesta shall cover coordinated annual inspections per building, with fixed resounders and joint visit plans. Tenderers must have a dialogue with operational responsibility for each building in connection with planning and execution. The inspections must be carried out with at least a risk of inconvenience for the ordinary operations in the building. It is therefore important that the tenderer can organise the work efficiently and coordinated across multiple locations. Professional requirements and documentation. Tenderers must have certified inspectors in accordance with the current standards, certification for service of hands extinguishers and documented competence in both fire hoses and hands extinguishers. There is a need for standard professional competence within control, service and re-certification of relevant extinguishing equipment. After inspections have been carried out, the municipality wants inspection reports per building, deviation lists with proposals for measures, documentation of service and re-approval of handslides, as well as standard reporting as a good basis for vidare follow-up.
