De aanbesteding richt zich op de selectie van (een) oplossing(en) en leverancier(s) die voldoet of voldoen aan zowel functionele als niet-functionele eisen voor de processen die in scope zijn voor de toekomstige inrichting van de Financiële Administratie en Verslaglegging, Planning & Control en Inkoop & Contractmanagement functies inclusief de levering van licenties voor die oplossing, de implementatie daarvan en de uitvoering van het technisch beheer
