Description
Das Landratsamt Mittelsachsen beabsichtigt den Umbau und die Sanierung, Schlossstraße 1 in 09328 Lunzenau, OT Rochsburg. Gesamtkostenrahmen (KG 200-600): derzeit ca. 18,43 Mio. EUR brutto, Bauwerkskosten (KG 300+400): ca. 15,18 Mio. EUR brutto. Der Auftraggeber (AG) beabsichtigt die Leistungsphasen (LPH) 2 bis 9 der Leistung Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß HOAI § 34 ff. i.V.m. Anlage 10 zu beauftragen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Mit Abschluss des Verhandlungsverfahrens werden vorerst vertraglich die Leistungsphasen 2-3 beauftragt. Der Abschluss der Leistungsphase 8 ist voraussichtlich 04/2035.
