Angus Council has awarded a call-off contract under the Scotland Excel Treatment of Organic Waste Services Framework (0220), Lot 1 – Food Waste, for the treatment and processing of food waste at the Earnside Energy anaerobic digestion facility in Glenfarg. The contract will run for an initial period of 24 months, with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months.
