openTelemark fylkeskommune · 929882989
Description
Background Telemark county would like to establish a comprehensive and future orientated framework agreement for cleaning machines for sixth form colleges, dental clinics and other county buildings. The current machinery consists of different types of machines and manufacturers, and the procurements have largely been made as single procurements. A joint framework agreement shall contribute to more efficient procurements, predictable terms, simple contract follow-up and better access to service, spare parts and technical support. The framework agreement shall cover both traditional and autonomous cleaning machines. The County wishes to facilitate efficient use of resources, increased automation and appropriate standardisation, at the same time as different locations can choose systems adapted to their needs. When choosing systems, emphasis shall be put on functionality, operational security, climate and environment considerations and total costs throughout the lifetime. Description of the assignment The procurement is for the establishment of a framework agreement for the delivery of traditional and autonomous cleaning machines with the accompanying equipment and services for Telemark fylkeskommune. The framework agreement shall i.a. include: Floor washing machines and combination machines, including compact and flexible systems for smaller areas. Battery operated vacuum cleaners and other relevant vacuum cleaners. Carpet cleaners, steam machines and High Speed machines for floor maintenance. Autonomous cleaning machines and robot systems, including systems for automation of existing machines. M dishwashers and mop refrigerators. Accessories, brushes, pads, wearing parts, spare parts and machine adapted consumables. The framework agreement is for the procurement of all obligatory machine categories and function hire as an alternative for the autonomous categories stated in the price form. Ordinary rent is not included. Function hire means that the contracting authority pays a monthly fee for the agreed function rather than owning the machine. The scheme concerns selected autonomous cleaning machines and includes the necessary equipment, software, training, service, maintenance and follow-up of operations. Further content and terms are in the requirement specifications and contract documents. The tenderer shall be able to provide the necessary equipment and services for safe and stable operation throughout the contract period. This includes i.a. batteries, spare parts, software updates, documentation, training and technical assistance. For autonomous systems, secure navigation, appropriate digital management and reporting as well as reliable processing of data and personal information shall be facilitated. The framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for a period of two years, with an option for an extension for a further one year + one year. The contracting authority undertakes call-offs as per actual need and available budget limits. The stated amounts are estimates and do not involve any obligation to buy.
