Het hoogspanningsnet op Brussels Airport wordt uitgebaat door Distributienetwerkbeheerder Brussels Airport (DNB BA). Negen van de hoog- en laagspanningsonderstations op dit hoogspanningsnet zijn einde levenscyclus en dienen vervangen te worden. De Opdrachtnemer staat in voor het ontwerp, de levering en installatie, de eerste keuring en de in dienst name van nieuwe installaties en de ontmanteling van de uit dienst genomen installaties. Er zijn geen opties en varianten toegestaan.
