Cantități previzionate: - acord cadru: minim 1 serviciu / navă, maxim 3 servicii / nave; - contract subsecvent: minim 1 serviciu / navă, maxim 2 servicii / nave. Locul de bazare al navei: Portul Militar Constanta. Se acceptă ofertă pentru toate reperele/operaţiunile în cantităţile specificate în caietul de sarcini (documentaţia descriptivă). Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări /informaţiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
