Chirurginiai siūlai ir įranga panaudos pagrindu (žr. Techninėje specifikacijoje). Preliminarus Prekių kiekis yra nurodytas Techninėje specifikacijoje. Sutartis galioja 24 mėnesius, bet ne ilgiau nei bus išnaudota Pradinės Sutarties vertė. Jei per 24 mėnesius nuo Sutarties įsigaliojimo Pradinės Sutarties vertė neišnaudojama, Sutartis gali būti pratęsta 12 mėnesių, bet ne ilgiau nei bus išnaudota Pradinės Sutarties vertė.
