Description
Die Stadt Olfen ertüchtigt das historische Rathaus energetisch und erweitert es zu einem barrierefreien, zeitgemäßen Verwaltungssitz mit ergänzenden bürgerschaftlichen und kulturellen Nutzungen. Die Maßnahme wird in zwei Bauabschnitten ausgeführt. Bauabschnitt 1 (BA1) – der Neubau im nördlichen Baufeld – ist fertiggestellt. Die Verwaltung ist im Oktober 2026 in den Neubau umgezogen; er ist während des gesamten BA2 in Betrieb. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Rohbauarbeiten des Bauabschnitts 2 (BA2): Teilabbruch, Umbau und Erweiterung des südlich anschließenden Altbaus sowie dessen Anschluss an den Neubau.
