Předmětem veřejné zakázky je provedení detailního průzkumu znečištění a následně vyhodnocení analýzy rizik staré ekologické zátěže nedostatečně zlikvidovaných sond (vrtů) dříve určených k průzkumu či těžbě ropy v dobývacím prostoru Hodonín, a to vůči reálným příjemcům rizik s přihlédnutí k budoucímu užívání území.
