Description
Gegenstand dieser Markterkundung ist die Vorbereitung einer geplanten Ausschreibung zur Beschaffung digitaler Rechts-, Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensinformationsdienste in den Bereichen juristische Fachrecherche, Rechtsinformationen sowie Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftsinformationen. Die Ausschreibung soll in vier Lose gegliedert werden. Ziel der Markterkundung ist die Erhebung von Informationen zu am Markt verfügbaren Lösungen und Leistungen. Teilnehmer werden ersucht, ausschließlich jene Fragen zu beantworten, zu denen aufgrund ihres Leistungsportfolios oder ihrer Erfahrung sachliche Angaben möglich sind; nicht zutreffende Fragestellungen können unbeantwortet bleiben.
