Das Projekt ZfsG wird gemäß Artikel 11 des Bayerischen Krankenhausgesetzes (BayKrG) gefördert. Kennzahlen des Gebäudes: NUF 23.134 m2, davon 13.496 m² NF, BGF 26.875 m²; BRI 107.100 m³. UG bis OG4 (6 Geschosse) Hauptmaßen ca. 5.540 m² Zu bearbeitende Dachflächen gesamt, Herstellung neuer Dachaufbauten und die dazugehörigen Spenglerarbeiten mit: Bituminöse Dampfsperre inkl. Vorarbeiten und Voranstrich PIR-Dämmung, überwiegend mit und ohne Gefälle (Grunddämmung) FPO-Folienabdichtung (Dachbahnenbare) Davon 3.800 m² Extensivbegrünung auf Substrat und Filtermatte 990 m² Rollkiesschüttung (Traufstreifen) 1.570 m Attika-/Dachrandverblechungen (Alu und Titanzink) 4 St. Lichtkuppeln, teilweise als NRWG (Rauch- und Wärmeabzug) ca. 200 m Absturzsicherung Schienensystem durchdringungsfrei
