Ireland – General management consultancy services – SPECIALIST DIGITAL CONSULTING SERVICES under the PEACEPLUS Smart Village Network Project (SVNP)
openDonegal County Council · 8F28103W
Description
The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-supplier Framework Agreement. A framework agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which individual contracts may or may not be awarded during a specified period. Tenderers may apply for one or more Lots, each of which will be evaluated separately. Admission does not constitute the award of a contract and does not guarantee work. Donegal County Council is inviting suitably qualified service providers to deliver specialist digital mentoring under the SVNP. Services include business discovery and diagnostic support, action planning, one-to-one mentoring, group mentoring, practical demonstration, guided implementation, use of hub infrastructure and equipment, knowledge transfer, referral support, monitoring and assignment-level reporting.
