Rendalen kommune ønsker å etablere en dynamisk innkjøpsordning for kjøp av BPA-tjenester.Formålet med ordningen er å legge til rette for at brukere av brukerstyrt personlig assistanse skal få en reell valgmulighet i henhold til hvilke leverandører de ønsker skal utføre tjenestene (brukervalg). Samtidig skal ordningen bidra til å sikre at brukerne får den hjelpen de har krav på etter helse- og omsorgstjenesteloven og etter pasient- og brukerrettighetsloven.
