Description
Hankinta koskee lääkkeellisiä, teollisia ja erikoiskaasuja. Tarjottavien lääkkeellisten kaasujen tulee olla lääkelain 5 d §:n mukaisia ja niillä tulee olla Suomessa myyntilupa. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti seuraavissa liitteissä: - Hintaliite (Liite 1) - Julkisten hankintojen yleiset sopimusehdot JYSE 2025 Tavarat (Liite 2) - Sopimusluonnos (Liite 3) - SATA verkostoanalyysit 2026 (Liite 4) Sopimuskausi on 1.1.2027 – 31.12.2028, jonka lisäksi on mahdollisuus kahteen (2) yhden (1) vuoden optiokauteen.
