Raamlepingu esemeks on Eesti Töötukassale monitoride ja privaatsusfiltrite rentimine sh kohale toomine (tarnimine), seadistamine, kindlustamine, 60 (kuuekümne) kuuline kohapealne (on-site) garantii, hooldus, renditud monitoride ja privaatsusfiltrite demonteerimine ja üleandmine (tagastamine) nende rendileandjale.
