Oppdragsgiver for denne konkurransen er Oslofjord Varme (heretter omtalt som«Oppdragsgiver»).Oslofjord Varme er et norsk fjernvarmeselskap som bygger, eier og driver systemer for fjernvarme og -kjøling i områdene Fornebu, Lysaker og Sandvika i Stor-Oslo-regionen. Oppdragsgiver har til hensikt å inngå rammeavtale med en (1) leverandør om levering avfyringsolje til dekning av løpende energibehov i virksomheten.
