Description
Troms fylkeskommune inviterer til konkurranse om kontaktsenterløsning for kundedialog og saksbehandling knyttet til kollektiv- og mobilitetstilbudet i Troms. Kontrakten har varighet fra og med 01.03.2027 - 01.03.2030. I tillegg har oppdragsgiver opsjon på inntil 2 (1+1) års forlengelse. Konkurransen utlyses med forbehold om finansiering. Leverandørene oppfordres til å gjennomgå konkurransegrunnlaget nøye og sette seg inn i reglene for konkurransen. Dersom konkurransegrunnlaget fremstår som uklart, oppfordres leverandørene til å stille spørsmål til oppdragsgiver gjennom Hyyr-portalen. Oppdraget er nærmere beskrevet i Vedlegg 1 Behovsbeskrivelse og Kravspesifikasjon.
