Description

The purpose of this Contract is to appoint an outcome-based Supplier to support SAAS in delivering the Core Systems Replacement Programme, a major transformation that will replace legacy systems with a modern low-code case management platform and cloud data platform. The Supplier will provide the specialist skills, capacity and multidisciplinary expertise required across service design, engineering, testing, delivery management and cloud technologies, complementing SAAS' internal capability. The Contract is structured around defined business outcomes rather than the provision of resources, with delivery governed through outcome-based Statements of Work, clear acceptance criteria and performance controls. This approach is intended to maintain accountability, provide value for money and enable delivery flexibility while retaining strong governance and auditability. The Supplier will work collaboratively with SAAS to support successful programme delivery, transfer knowledge and build internal capability, ensuring SAAS is better positioned to operate, support and evolve the new services in the future. CPV: 72000000, 72000000.
