De scope van de raamovereenkomst bestaat uit twee kernonderdelen te weten: levering en dienstverlening. Onder levering wordt verstaan het leveren van merkonafhankelijke werkplekgerelateerde ICT hardware voor de medewerkers van Opdrachtgever. Onder dienstverlening wordt verstaan: webshop, uitbrengen offertes en advies over de producten uit het assortiment. De verwachte omvang van de te sluiten raamovereenkomsten is EUR 4.250.000 (indien alle optiejaren worden gebruikt).
