Energiespar-Garantievertrag mit zu vereinbarender Laufzeit (Dauer-Werkvertrag über Planung und Durchführung von Bau- und sonstigen Leistungen gekoppelt mit einer Einspargarantie als selbständigem Garantieversprechen, sogenanntes „Energie-Einsparcontracting"). Bauleistungen sind Vertragsschwerpunkt. Beim Agrarbildungszentrum Landshut-Schönbrunn handelt es sich um eine Liegenschaft des Bezirks Niederbayern mit ca. 20 Gebäuden. Die Energiekosten betrugen 2023 insgesamt ca. 380.000 € netto für Wärme und Strom.
