Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå rammeavtale for kjøp av «digitalt felles brukerutstyr/AV-utstyr og tilhørende tjenester». Avtalen vil dekke behov for digitalt felles brukerutstyr (DFB) for alle virksomheter og bygg hvor Bærum kommune er ansvarlig for slikt fellesutstyr. Kommunen har egne avtaler for klientutstyr.
