Description
1. Erbringung der Leistungen gemäß Artikel 39 EU-DSGVO als betrieblicher externer Datenschutzbeauftragter. 2. Erstellung des jährlichen internen und externen Datenschutzberichtes; Teilnahme an Datenschutz Keyuser Treffen, bis zu 2 Statusgespräche pro Jahr mit dem Vorstand, wahlweise vor Ort in Berlin. 3. Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Betroffenenrechtsanfragen, der Einführung und Änderung von Datenverarbeitungssystemen und -verfahren, sowie bei der Behandlung von Datenschutzvorfällen. 4. Kommunikation mit den Aufsichtsbehörden 5. Durchführung von Jour Fixes mit dem Datenschutzteam etwa alle 14 Tage, um operative und strategische Themen zu besprechen und Aufgaben zu verteilen
