for a 10-year planning permission for development at this site, Doon Ballyconnell Wastewater Pumping Station (WwPS), which covers an area of approximately 0.95 hectares, located in the townland of Doon, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan. The development will comprise: 1. Demolition and removal of the existing Wastewater Pumping Station (WwPS), existing valve chamber, fencing and boundary wall. 2. Construction of a new below-ground Wastewater Pumping Station, comprising: a) Below–ground construction of emergency storage tank, wet well, valve chamber, flowmeter chamber, interconnecting pipework and manholes, b) Above ground construction of a 3 no. Kiosks, ESB mini pillar, and a vent stack, c) Construction of a new a new boundary wall, site access, access gate, perimeter fencing, and protection bollards setback from the road verge, d) Construction of internal site access and turning area. 3. Below ground construction of approximately 623m foul sewer rising main within the public road, together with associated works, including carriageway reinstatement within part of the R205 Regional Road to connect to the existing Ballyconnell Wastewater Treatment Plant in County Cavan.
