Description
Für das Bestandsgebäude am Groß-Berliner-Damm 59 in Berlin, das zu einer Flüchtlingsaufnahmeeinrichtung umgebaut wird, sind im Rahmen mehrerer Bauabschnitte Fernmelde- und Informationstechnikanlagen auszuschreiben. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst eine Türkommunikationsanlage mit Video-Türstationen und Video-Stele sowie eine Brandmeldeanlage mit zwei Zentralen, rund 20 Ringen, 650 Meldern, 150 Signalgebern und 60 Druckknopfmeldern. Zudem sind umfangreiche Leitungsverlegungen für Brandmelde-, Daten- und Gebäudetechnik vorgesehen. Weiterhin umfasst die Leistung drei Datenschränke, ca. 70 Datendosen, eine BK-Anlage mit 11 Anschlüssen sowie Schlitze, Verlegesysteme und Bohrungen. Bestandteil der Maßnahme ist außerdem die Sachverständigenprüfung der Brandmeldeanlage.
