Upphandling av Idrottsmaterial och Idrottsinventarier. Upphandlingen är uppdelad i två delområden. Del 1 Idrottsmaterial - Produkter som omfattar utrustning och redskap med kortare livslängd eller som av sin natur är förbrukningsvaror. Detta inkluderar material som slits ut i takt med användning, har ett lägre anskaffningsvärde och som behöver ersättas regelbundet för att bibehålla funktionalitet. (Exempel: Bollar, koner och hopprep). Del 2 Idrottsinventarier - Produkter omfattar den utrustning som köps in till idrottsanläggning och som inte betecknas som förbrukningsmaterial utan mer är av karaktären investering samt tillbehör till dessa.
