Kontraktsarbeidene omfatter følgende aktiviteter (ikke uttømmende liste): - Gjennomføring av internkontrollpunkter i tildelt portefølje, dokumentert i Oslobyggs internkontrollsystem - Registrere avvik på eiendommer i gjeldene portefølje i Oslobygg sitt internkontrollsystem - Utbedre avvik på eiendommer - Oppfølging av avvik og mottakskontroll Ha dialog med teknisk forvalter for eiendommen og leietaker
