Öresundskraft har för avsikt att upphandla ramavtal för avrop av upphandlingskonsulter vid behov. Syftet med ramavtalet är att möjliggöra för Öresundskraft att stärka upp vid tider med hög belastning för Öresundskrafts inköpsavdelning. Öresundskraft genomför upphandlingar inom flera olika områden varför man i denna upphandling efterfrågar generella upphandlingskonsulter såväl som konsulter med spetskompetens inom IT-upphandling och entreprenadupphandling, eller andra komplexa upphandlingar/områden.
