Jagiellońska 25 oraz 1 sztuka do budynku ŚUW: Katowice, ul. Damrota 16. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte są w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowy z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, w którym Zamawiający określił wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia.
