Este elaborat Proiectul tehnic al investiţiei, care cuprinde toate informaţiile lecesare privitoare la execuţia lucrărilor. Documentatia de atribuire cuprinde anexat Proiectul tehnic, aprobat de beneficiar şi avizat de către finanţator. Solutia tehnica aprobata nu poate fi modificata de catre ofertant la proiectare si mai apoi la executia lucrarilor, neacceptându-se oferte alternative. Documentatia de atribuire se afla atasata anuntului de participare si poate fi descarcata integral de pe SEAP. Se vor respecta indicatorii, aprobati, precum si listele de cantităţi/descrierile de cantitati din cadrul documentatiei.
