Description
Beim Bau des „Wood Vision Lab“ (Projekttitel) in der Franz-Pichler-Straße (Gst. NR.: 967/2), A-8160 Weiz geht es um ein im Vollausbau achtgeschossiges Gebäude, welches in zwei Bauabschnitten realisiert werden soll. Der erste und nun in einer ersten Baustufe zu realisierende Bauabschnitt umfasst 5 Geschoße. In einem zweiten Bauabschnitt (Zeitpunkt des Baus noch nicht terminisiert, nicht im Umfang der gegenständlichen Ausschreibung enthalten) kann auf insgesamt acht Geschoße aufgestockt werden.
