Description
Het werk betreft de renovatie en verduurzaming van de panden Janskerkhof 13, 13a en Drift 2. Deze rijksmonumenten zijn een blikvanger op de hoek van het ‘Janskerkhof’ en de ‘Drift’ en zijn gelegen midden in het historische centrum van de stad Utrecht. De panden dateren uit 1648. Sinds 2006 wordt het complex gebruikt door de Universiteit en doet het dienst als kantoorgebouw voor de medewerkers van de faculteit Geesteswetenschappen. Hoofddoel van de renovatie is de historische panden te verduurzamen en deze toekomstbestendig en weer geschikt te maken als kantoorlocatie voor de komende 20-30 jaar. circa 3.300 m2 BVO
