Description
Küchentechnische Anlagen für die Grundschule Mengendamm in Hannover. Im LV sind enthalten: Mensaküche mit zwei Kombidämpfern und Arbeitsschrankanlage; Spülbereich mit Doppelkorbspülmaschine, Nassmüllkühler und Mobililar; Kühlzelle inkl. Kälteanlage und Mobiliar; fünf Teeküchen, jeweils bestehend aus Küchenzeile und Elektrogeräten. Das zu erstellende Gebäude wird nach Maßgabe des Zertifizierungssystems der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) gemäß dem Kriterienkatalog Gebäude Neubau 2018 und dem Nutzungsprofil Neubau Bildungsbauten (NBI) geplant und ausgeführt. Des Weiteren wird für das Gebäude eine QNG-Zertifizierung angestrebt.
