Description
Østfold University College would like to enter into a contract for consultancy services connected to campus development and the realisation of a new campus building in Fredrikstad. We need assistance in the competition phase, when negotiations are signed and for the follow-up of the university college ́s needs and interests in dialogue with the chosen tenderer up until the completion of the new campus building, planned to 2030. The consultancy assistance shall support the project owner in safeguarding the university college ́s interests, decision needs and areas of responsibility in the project. The tenderer shall function as a sparring partner for the project owner and contribute to good project and ownership management.
