**Amendment 1** The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1-Correct the SF-1449-this is a 100% total small business set-aside 2-Correct the Schedule of Items (SOI) (corrected numbering) 3-Correct Attachment 10- any vendor employees or subcontractors accessing the building shall take the annual mandatory trainings. This contract is for custodial services at the Swan Lake Ranger District Office, 200 Ranger Station Rd, Bigfork, MT 59911. The intent is to maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat and professional appearance at the Main Office and the Wellness Room. Work to be done includes emptying of wastebaskets, maintaining clean floors, maintaining dust free surfaces, cleaning/disinfecting bathroom surfaces and drinking fountains, resupplying bathroom supplies, removing cobwebs and maintaining clean wall surfaces and windows. Additional tasks will be performed quarterly semi-annually and annually and will include cleaning blinds, carpets, light fixtures and windows. A site visit has been scheduled for October 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM Mountain Time at the Swan Lake Ranger District Office located at 200 Ranger Station Rd, Bigfork, MT 59911. Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Address).
