Description
Die Aufgabe umfasst die Erstellung eines genehmigungsfähigen Brandschutzkonzeptes sowie die Betreuung der Planung und Ausführung für den 2. Bauabschnitt der Maßnahme "Aufstockung und Sanierung Walter-Erbe-Schule". Der 2. Bauabschnitt umfasst die Sanierung des 3-geschossigen Hauptgebäudeteils. Die Brandschutzplanung erfolgt in Abwägung folgender Fakto-ren: erforderliches Sicherheitsniveaus in Abwägung mit Denkmalbelangen, Bestandschutz und der Schulnutzung mit geänderter Raumbelegung. Die Planer sind in der Ausführungsplanung und bei der Ausführung zu beraten.
