Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om tot een overeenkomst te komen met één leverancier voor de implementatie van een toekomstbestendig financieel systeem dat de financiële kernprocessen van de Gemeente Westland ondersteunt, inclusief functionaliteit contractbeheer met als wens purchase-to-pay en contractmanagement. De primaire focus ligt op functionaliteiten voor financiële administratie, de oplossing moet ook de functionaliteit van contractbeheer bevatten.
